Have used Rocky twice, once for gutters and soffits and another time for a roof replacement. Fast courteous service. Prices are fair.

RS was there on time and professionally approached all aspects of my concerns of my guttering problems. They offered solutions and options (and with pricing associated with each of the choices). Once I made my decision on the VERY REASONABLE and smartest solution, they came the next day and fixed it. There was full cleanup, no damage and all done as quoted ...QUICKLY. I would highly recommend RS for any standard or complex gutter work. I am also hiring RS for several WINDOW REPLACEMENTS, because RS found a mysterious leak problem that evaded multiple prior professionals that I had hired before!! ...Well done, RS!!

Rocky Smallwood of RS Installs did excellent work installing 5 windows for my home and cleaning and sealing gutters. He goes the extra mile and even washed the newly installed windows for me. We hired Rocky to replace our soffits and gutters. At first glance they look good however once it rained we noticed that all of the seams were leaking. After closer inspection we found that the seams weren't sealed properly and since he only placed downspouts ever so many feet we have water sitting in the gutters instead of draining. Not a professional job!

I hired Rocky because he had one of the best estimates and seemed more eager to do the job than the others. He was very professional. Showed up on time. Got the job done on time and on budget. I would recommend him to anyone who needs new siding.
