DO NOT USE!!
I hired this company through Greenpal. They were supposed to mow my yard on 5/26, They postponed to 5/28, then 5/29, and finally 5/30. I texted them on5/29 and received a response from them that they were coming on 5/30, However, they NEVER showed up, did NOT respond to my call, and did NOT respond to my text messages inquiring if they were still coming.
This behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPCTFUL to me as a 'customer'. Their delays of 5 days made my yard much harder to mow and caused me a lot of time and inconvenience.
NEGATIVE First Impressions are VERY HARD to overcome. They will NOT last long in ANY business when they treat the customers with such UNPROFESSIONALISM and DISRESPECT.
And, apparently, I am not the only client they treated this way since Greenpal has removed them from their listing.
