Raymond was awesome. From the first time we meet him, he was personable, and on time and knowledgeable. He gave a great quote and and delivered within a few days of his original estimate of delivery despite being in the middle of a pandemic. We even added on at the last minute a new garage door opener. He did a great job, looks awesome and even threw in some extra hardware at no charge so my door could look like a real carriage door. If you want it done right, call Raymond.

Raymond is a total pro on all aspects of the job, including first impression, listening, outlining the plan, responding to texts, having ALL the time saving, battery assisted tools (15?), on all 3 visits, a patient mentor of his helper, fixing flaws/unknowns at no cost, and paper work = none- all email. After the estimate, my experience in performance appraisals let me abandon my 3 bid rule and give him the job. I was correct in doing so.

Nice & clean

Chould have been better if he focused on doing his job. From the beginning to end, he was on his phone talking to his friend and I did not get the invoice. He was supposed to text it to me, but did not.

Raymond did a great job with replacing an old noisy overhead garage door and ancient opener with a brand new insulated section garage door along with a Liftmaster smart garage door opener. The work was thorough and clean. The new setup was smooth and quite and no longer announce to the neighborhood the comings and goings.

I thought he was great. H.D. and Lowes were months out, Raymond had the door delivered and installed in less than 3 weeks. Took only 1/2 day and he cleaned up after himself. Same Clopay door as H.D. for 500 less. Way good. Jim Fulton

Raymond is very pleasant to talk to. He follows up and explains exactly what the project is, how long will it take and how much will it cost. I think his price-quote was good, but we didn t hire him cause of the cost. We ve read the reviews and we felt comfortable talking to him compared with other garage-installer reps. We are very happy with our new garage!

Raymond does most of the installations and I would insist on Raymond. Raymond is solid and is customer-oriented. Unfortunately, an emergency came up and Raymond was not available to do the installation. The other guy did quality work, but his customer skills left much to be desired and he left screws and washers and staples (from old garage) all over the floor. The garage was a mess, but it wasn't a garbage can. I work with contractors all the time professionally so I am picky about some things. I saved about $500 going with RSM over the wholesale club affiliated installer, even including the bonus cash card. With the wholesale club affiliated company, their customer service was poor and super slow and their estimator was a bit of an arrogant used car salesman. The bottom line: I love my new garage door and the price was right.
