Less than a month after having a new high-end Trane HVAC system installed by RSM Heating and Air, I have had four service calls. My heat either stays on non-stop and won't turn off (even when I turn it off using the thermostat) or it doesn't work at all. Currently, it's not working at all and it's the weekend so no one is available to come look at it. I learned my lesson not to purchase from a small company ever again because they do not have the resources to respond quickly. I would not recommend RSM Heating and Air.

These guys went above and beyond in every category on timpani quick clean Iâ m upset about how long it took my trust company to pay them I didnâ t know until 2 days ago and I apologize guys awesome job this is the Guthrie cemetery job in loganville would use no one else and have seen a lot in my days!

Fast response and reasonable prices

They were awesome! Showed up on time, were extremely courteous and now I am freezing my a*s off in my basement after installing my new Trane unit I requested! I will absolutely recommend it. Not to mention... they were literally half the price of the big guys! Support your local small businesses! These guys are smart and get the job done at half the price. Very honest with what was needed. Worked with my work schedule. Very respectful and had fantastic safety protocols in place to help keep our family safe. Great people to work with and they came to our home at the time they said they would arrive.
