We have been in the Industry for over 25 years. RSM has strong dedication and pride of work through faith and military service. Over 30 years of experience in building and safety inspections on residential, commercial, and industrial properties. We have the capability of performing lead inspections, risk assessments, lead clearances, water and soil test for lead per EPA and HUD regulations. We are also certified to work in confined space areas according to OSHA and MYOSHA standards.

My 4 rating for Value is not so much based on RSM's price (which was comparatively reasonable), but on what I feel are unjustifiablly high costs by the entire lead inspection industry.

I am attempting to purchase a home, and one of the conditions was that the basement be tested for lead. RSM Lead Inspections came out the next day, was prompt, very knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to deal with. I wish everyone that I had to deal with during this process was as easy to work with! very knowledgable and helpful company. It was a wet and snow when they came to my house. They covered there boots so my floor did not get wet. They were professional and most important they arrived at the scheduled appoitment time 15 minutes early.
