The install went flawless. The product(s) absolutely work as described! You can see what you need to and easily find what you need if you need to get back to an event. RSM is certainly not the cheapest, but the quality of all aspects is worth every penny.

Professional from contact to installation. Needed additional camera installed months later, same professional experience. Was able to view cameras from Italy while on vacation. Quite the security comfort.

After interviewing several other security firms, we selected RSM, which happened to be the most expensive, because of a gut 'feeling' we had about Mr. Friedman. And we were correct. John & his team showed up on time, worked extremely hard (the job took about 12 hours due to unforeseen difficulties due to some construction we had done to our home). The workers were excellent, cleaning up after themselves, leaving no evidence of their work behind. I truly cannot praise RSM enough. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a security system for their home.

I had been searching for quite a while to find a decent Video Surveillance contractor since the one I dealt with prior had gone out of business. We had a rare thunderstorm in my area about a year ago, and ever since then my existing home surveillance system was not working properly. I thought I needed to replace my video recorder and all the cameras but John actually talked me out of spending all that money needlessly – upon a quick system review he determined he could replace the power supplies on the cameras and update some drivers on my NVR and for way less than I expected I was up and running better than ever! I really appreciate the fact that John could have just as easily replace everything and made far more money and I would have been none the wiser. So these guys are straight shooters and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking video surveillance installation.

John called me the next day after I went to the HomeAdvisor web site and I found him very professional, informative and practical. He met with me the same day and explained everything about the system and helped me analyze the security system that fits our needs. During the install, his team (Joe and Tony) did a wonderful job in laying out the wiring, climbing up the attic, installing the cameras and explaining how to use the monitor and phone apps. Very efficient and clean job! I would highly recommend this company!!!

Excellent work! No complaints!

John spoke to me on the phone and understood what I wanted without trying to "sell" me more. I needed to set new codes and understand how to use an existing system in a home I purchased. Joe was my technician and he was on time, courteous, professional, and helpful. I was pleased with the service from initial contact to the end.
