Very good company. I got lucky and found them online a few years ago. Eric has serviced my furnace and AC. Good contractors are few and far between. Eric does a good job and is honest. Job gets done quickly and price is fair. I would highly recommend this company over the competition

Bob Perdue was very detailed in his estimate and gave me a fair price to replace my aging HVAC in a house I just bought. I had 3 other companies give me estimates and he made me feel the most at ease about getting the job done right. I chose him because he's a vet like myself and was actually stationed with my father at the same Air Force base many years ago. I also chose his company because of the fine reviews I saw online. I also like the fact that he uses products made in the USA. His team showed up on time and were very professional. The workmanship was top quality. The installation was done right and I am very happy with this decision. I would highly recommend Bob Perdue to anyone with heating and AC needs!

Mr Perdue was very detailed in his explanation of his products and services. I learned the reason a particular condenser size is chosen. There was no pressure to go in one direction over another, only recommendations. He was very responsive and kept the lines of communication open before, during and after install. There was a minor issue after install which was resolved promptly after Mr Perdue was notified. I'd definitely recommend and use RS Perdue and Company for future HVAC needs.

Bob is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The only small issue is slow response and small delay for installation due to personnel shortage. The actual installation took a bit longer than expected, but everything turned out great. We would definitely RS Perdue for HVAC project or at least getting an estimate.

My job was a full replacement of the central air conditioning unit and gas fed forced air furnace. My experience with this company, from the owner, to the technicians, was beyond exceptional. I obtained several estimates, this company was the overall best estimate, and veteran owned, which was a key point for me, being a veteran myself. Friendly, courteous, professional. Encountered a few unexpected obstacles during the install which the techs resolved. They all went above and beyond, clearly take pride in their work and commitment to ensuring the customer is satisfied. The techs arrived on time and got the job done, did a thorough cleanup, walked me thru the systems. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a a/c or furnace replace or repair.

Never showed. I scheduled the appt days in advance. I had to take leave from work. I received a call to cancel the day of just prior to the scheduled appt. Both techs had the flu and couldnt make it. Both Possible and unlikely.

The company reached out to me almost immediately after I posted the job on HomeAdvisor. Bob came out and was polite, courteous, and gave me my options and a very fair price. It was a no-brainer to go with them. On the day of the install, the team arrived on time and were finished in just a few hours. When they had completed the job and left, it looked as if they had not even been there. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

The team removed the old unit and installed a complete new 3 Ton unit in about 4 hours. They were professional and efficient; in and out quickly, fastidious in their clean-up, they left no debris behind for the home owner to deal with. I recommend them to any and all who need HVAC service.
