The remodel of this bathroom was very disappointing for the money spent. On the whole, having the wrong tile installed, not installing the exhaust fan/light, marring the new fixtures, tiles, light fixtures, and mirror with paint and grout was infuriating. I cleaned up the mess, scraped tiles, walls, mirror, and vanity but, in my opinion, that was part of the job not done. The owners assertion that my disappointment was petty and of no consequence after paying him what he asked for to do the job was very sad.
