Russell is truly "old school". He is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. He is prompt and delivers what he promises. I had Russell install a new Reverse Osmosis water purification system under my kitchen sink. The previous installation delivered pure water but at an extremely slow water volume. Russell used a permeate pump and the system delivers extremely pure water at a very fast rate (fills an 8 oz glass in 5.1 seconds!!). I would recommend Russell highly without reservation and use him again "in a heartbeat"!!

The installers showed up as per the appointment and installed the system within the timeframe they gave me. They asked me about my installation preferences and explained what they were doing and how they were going to do the install before they installed the system, which made me very comfortable. They then went over system operations and made sure I understood the instructions before they left. Over-all I am very satisfied with the system and the installation ... it works as expected.
