Came on time. Did an excellent job. I give 4 stars since he cut a hole on my granite counter top bigger than the faucet came with my RO sysrem. Therefore, I had to buy another faucet and threw away the original faucet since I couldn't return it due to the fact that the RO system came in as a package.

They contacted me very quickly, were here when the said they would be, gave me time to get several other quotes, and even helped me compare the quotes to make sure I understand what I was getting. They were great to work with - even helped me find a local electrician.

I looked at several different options before going with R & S Water Services. They took the time to explain available options on the market, how much it would cost to purchase install the system and how much I could expect to spend on maintenance before they even knew if they'd have my business. I called them back a few days later and scheduled them to come out and install a whole house water softener and filtration system. They showed up on time and had the system installed and explained to us within two hours. He even let us video tape him while he explained how to use the system. I will definitely refer Russell to any of our friends who are looking at adding a water treatment system to their house. My wife got exactly what she wanted at half the price of what her friends paid for one of those proprietary systems, so I was happy too.

Russ took the time to answer all my questions and helped me with deciding on the best approach to take. There was no high pressure sales pitch, but just an honest conversation on solving a problem. He showed up on time and installed the equipment quickly. The deployment and setup was very professional.

Russel is very honest person. His price is very reasonable, and he wouldn't pressure you to spend on anything. During annual maintenance, other vendor told us that we needed to replace water softener valve. (They wanted us to get new valve from them.) We contacted Russel to fix/replace the new valve. He looked, tested the water, and told us that the valve was still operating. We were only charged for service fee.
