They did a nice job. Follow-up requests have been ignored, like giving a receipt for the job or asking a question about sealing where it meets the house.

Hard to get hold of over the phone. Did not respond initially even after leaving VM multiple times. Need to get hold of Richard Smith himself to get anything done. They do provide great value for the money.
