Prompt and conscientious.

Stephen Marks was wonderful - he accommodated my request by giving me an estimate and then worked on the day of my choice. He made numerous calls to my house to help set up this work which was a gift to my daughter and her new husband. They were away on their honeymoon and we wanted to surprise them with a clean yard upon their return. They were thrilled! Mr. Marks price was reasonable, he accepted a check sent in the mail from a stranger. His trust is exceptional. What a pleasure to work with someone so accommodating and capable. We live 100 miles away from where we asked for the work to be done.

I hired Mr. Marks to do a $500.00 job on my parent's small yard--to plant two lilac bushes, a forsythia, an azalea and some day lilies, plus two bushes at entrance to driveway. He did that in December, and it was a warm month, and he told me if any of the bushes did not survive the winter, he would replace them. In fact, the two in the front of the driveway remain in very poor condition, apparently alive at the root, but no leaves or flowers--they look like skeletons and the wood is dry. I called Mr. Marks and he said he would replace them. I never saw him again. I called seven times and he never answered my messages. It was a good outcome..
