Roman was the man! He was extremely thorough in his inspection of my new home. He was in the house for 2.45 hours and I asked him 1000 questions following him around. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything he was explaining. My real estate agent said she was impressed with him and was the most detailed person she has seen do a home inspection in her 25 years in the business. When I was being pressured by the real estate agents to make a decision and go into contract, he took my side and told the agents not to pressure me. His report was extremely detailed with 85 pages and arrows and descriptions explaining everything. He was able to get the report to me very fast and came with estimates for the improvements. Appointment was at 11 and report was emailed to me at 1030 next day. He called after sending it to make sure I received and said to follow up with him if I should have any additional questions. Very professional and top notch service. Recommend him with 10 stars.

Roman was extremely thorough in his inspection. He took his time in reviewing every area of the house, even the realtors were amazed. As a part of his inspection Roman offered state of the art thermal imaging reports on my home, in which he discovered a small leak in the attic. This was instrumental as leverage in the negotiation of the asking price, which I was able to have reduced. He was excellent in explaining to me about the electrical work that was previously done on this house that was not up to code and how to go about correcting it.His final report was very detailed and easy to understand with clear color pictures of all of his findings. I would most definitly recommend Roman to anyone who needed an inspection on their home.
