Dave showed up when promised and gave a call before he headed out. Was let down by normal service company of 30 yrs. Dave came to the rescue. Prompt and professional. Pleasantly surprised by the bill. Dave is our guy now.

Dave was very personable and took the time to explain to me how the furance is serviced. He also was able to find out when the furnace was installed and how to continue the maintance for it.

This guy showed up when he said he was going to and even gave a courtesy call beforehand. He was very thorough explaining what happened to my ac and what was needed for repair. The only surprise was the price, but it was a good surprise! It was refreshing to have such a competent professional provide quality craftsman service in a timely manner without being raked over the coals when I got the bill. I would recommend this contractor to anyone.

David came out today 6-17-13 He dagnostic the system and fix it.

David was a true professional. If I have a future problem with my heater or air conditioning He will be the one I Hire. Five Plus Stars.

RTC Services was the only furnace company that would come out to check our furnace the day of the blizzard. We were very impressed with their service!! I highly recommend them.

Great service! I had a particularly troublesome heater. Dave remained patient and dedicated to finding the problem. Each time he explained what the problem was and the steps he was taking to correct it. He called for check ups on how it was doing. My problem required more than a couple of visits and tweaks but we were not charged for the extra trips or labor. I'm extremely pleased with RTC services. Where most would have taken advantage and over charged, they didn't. Extremely fair pricing and quick services.

I called and talked with Dave on a Saturday morning. He was great to deal with, and was at my home within a 1/2 hour of calling. Very pleased with the service. I will be calling RTS Services in the future if I ever have another problem. Thanks Dave!

They respoded via telephone immediately and were on site within 90 minutes on New Year's Day holiday. The problem was fixed within a few minutes. Excellent work!

Had a evap coil replaced and the work was timely the he was Courteous, knowledgeble and explains what they planned to do. Did award the work to RTC and they were very accomodating to my schedule and gave me a installation date for the next week. They did do the work very well and finished when he said that they would..

I'm very pleased with RTC Services. From the time of the initial inquiry to installation was a period of 2 days. Dave Kosicek remained in constant communication with me and showed up exactly when he said he would. Dave performed in installation and took away the old unit along with any packing materials.
