Came when promised. During the coldest weather we ever had. I was worried it was a major problem. The issue as turned out was minor. The fact they came out for me on a day like that is appreciated to no end. I could have had to wait a whole day without heat. I will use again for sure. Very nice and professional.

I was very pleased and satisfied with RTF. Tom got my AC back up and running quickly and Brandon made longer term repairs so I am confident it will continue running @optimum as long as it should! We all know Debbie is the glue that holds this all together! Great team!! Thanks!!

Our experience with Tom and his crew has been great. They are reliable for installation, maintenance and service calls. They went out of their way to get the parts needed to fix our heat pump quickly. Tom is honest and explains everything. Debbie is pleasant and helpful. We have complete confidence in RTF Mechanical.

RTF was excellent. Our AC died and they were basically the only people to call us back promptly and come out that day. Turned out we needed a new AC (old one was 30 years old) but RTF would have ordered a part t keep our old one going. Understanding that the old unit was on its way out, RTF was able to get us a quote and come out two days later to do the replacement. They finished in one day and we have used the for oil servicing and a chimney liner replacement since the good work they did on the AC. I would highly recommend RTF.

The work was in a jammed attic, and he did itwith very little fuss or mess. Although he complained a bit, he was very accomodating. I would definitely reccomend him.

They fixed the problem where two other heating contractors could not. Highly recommend. You will not go wrong hiring them.

Being disabled and my wife and son they showed on a Sunday during a heat wave and saved the day

RTF required $105 just to come out. Then they sent "Lenny" to service/repair our central air system. He spent 10-15 minutes on the unit and told us he couldn't do anything and the unit needed to be replaced. He mentioned that there was a leak but he "wasn't allowed" to fix it. While he was examining the unit, I asked him to replace the air filter--he didn't because he told me he "didn't know where it went". He also damaged the metal panel of our outside A/C unit without telling me. They said they would call with a price on the replacement unit, but I will not be having them do the work.

They recommended new parts for my oil furnace at exorbitant costs. I had to get a second opinion on their recommendation for a new furnace. And found out that I didn't need a new furnace or part at all. I just need some oil on the part that was making noise.

The Mechanic , Tom , was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had . I like to think I'm pretty mechanically inclined but his knowledge and quick work was impressive . Will definitely recommend this company to others and use them again if needed .

I had no heat and he was the 1 of 2 contractors that answered my call. I had called 10 numbers and he was the first to respond and came out asap and fixed the problem. He was on time, and price was reasonable. I would recommend him and use him again. I was very satisfied with his work.
