Very well mannered! He explained everything he was going to do,told me the cost. No hidden fees or add on. When he finished he explained what he did and asked if I had any question or concerns. Completely happy with the service. He arrived on time, communicated every step of the way, was empathetic (we had been having great difficulty with a previous contractor/Honeywell). He took the time to contact Honeywell and find a resolution. After finding that Honeywell was not going to help, he laid out all the options available and answered all our questions. Very nice. Clean work.
