"Hi David, When we came out to see you over a year ago, we provided IT support for your desktop monitor. Not only did we verify your warranty return, but we also made several calls outside of our appointment to help with your warranty claim. Unfortunately this monitor was purchased from someone other than RTMB Technology. We spent about three hours total in support of trying to get your cracked screen replaced under the manufacture warranty. From my memory we only charged you for one hour of service. While onsite we also provided workstation and back up consulting trying to ensure we provided additional value. I am sorry we fell short of meeting your expectations."

Robert the owner of the computer service company was very good, very knowledgeable, and fixed my computer which was smoking when it was turned on. He also ran all of my Norton scans and said that the computer was free of any viruses or malware. He only spent a half-hour and said that the minimum going rate was for one hour so he said if I need him again feel free to call him and he would give me the extra half-hour.

Robert contacted me the day after I submitted my request through Home Advisor. He wanted to go over the problems I was having with my telephone lines. He came to my home the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem -- it was not my phone lines in the wall. He was honest, professional, explained everything he was doing, and gave me a specific diagnosis to relay to Comcast (they screwed up royally). if I ever need assistance I have his business card. A+

My old office system was not working well. They cam in tried to fix it and recommended replacing the 20 year old system. They cam in the next day and voila I can actually talk to my clients and my fellow office workers. Problem solved.
