RT Olson Plumbing

If I can give this plumbing company zero stars I would. I had a slab leak, and this company came out for leak detection. I was told that I have two leaks and they cut two lines. They were charging almost 65000 for rerouting two lines. My insurance company also brought their own plumbers and did their leak detection and they found only one leak. The adjuster called RT Olson a fraud company and he almost declined my claim. The insurance refused to fix the two cut lines. They only covered one line and I had to pay for the other line out of pocket. I asked RT Olson to fix the other line that he cut and was not leaking but he refuse to take responsibility. Then he send me an invoice for the leak detection and threatens me to take it to collection and add extra fees. This company is a fraud.

I have been using R T Olson Plumbing for all my properties for almost 10 years now. I wouldnâ t think of calling anyone else. They are reasonable, on time, and professional. They were friendly and punctual. The price was better than any other quotes I received. The work was satisfactory and very clean, so yes I would recommend them to others.

Employees were very courteous, answered all questions & very efficient. I liked the way Chris & Gavin took the time to make sure every thing was as clean as they found it. Very pleasant company to work with, recommend highly.

This team is remarkable! Their customer service is terrific. Their knowledge of the correct procedures to use was spot on. I had a slight problem after the major issue was completed. They came back twice to be sure it was fixed.

Just after Thanksgiving I got estimates for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. With this company, I paid almost 1/2 of the other estimates. His team member (Nick) came and replaced it in a very short time. Very professional and courteous. Before December was over, I needed a new hot water heater. I called Bob ~ one team immediately came out to assess what was needed. The next day the equipment was delivered and another team came & replaced it, leaving the area cleaner than they found it. Because the extended warranty I opted for was not immediately available from the manufacturer, Bob informed me I would not have to pay until that was received. Once it was available, Bob Olson himself came out to assist with filling it out & attaching the sticker to the new heater. I could not be happier with Bob and his crew members - this will always be my plumbing choice and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with plumbing issues. Thanks Bob!!
