This team is remarkable! Their customer service is terrific. Their knowledge of the correct procedures to use was spot on. I had a slight problem after the major issue was completed. They came back twice to be sure it was fixed.

Just after Thanksgiving I got estimates for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. With this company, I paid almost 1/2 of the other estimates. His team member (Nick) came and replaced it in a very short time. Very professional and courteous. Before December was over, I needed a new hot water heater. I called Bob ~ one team immediately came out to assess what was needed. The next day the equipment was delivered and another team came & replaced it, leaving the area cleaner than they found it. Because the extended warranty I opted for was not immediately available from the manufacturer, Bob informed me I would not have to pay until that was received. Once it was available, Bob Olson himself came out to assist with filling it out & attaching the sticker to the new heater. I could not be happier with Bob and his crew members - this will always be my plumbing choice and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with plumbing issues. Thanks Bob!!

Bob and his team of experts delivered the highest quality money can buy. In addition, this company also gave me excellent customer service, punctuality on the job and timeliness of the job performed. Bob and his team were very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns from start to finish of the job. Bob even followed up after completion of the job to see if everything was working. He came out to diagnose my toilet to replace it and realized it was actually repairable. He ended up just tightening 2 screws and re-caulk the edge to stop it from leaking. He never told me what it was going to be to have this fix done. Even though the toilet is now fixed; I was not anticipating spending 75$ to literally screw in 2 bolts.

I hired this company to find a leak in my water system. They first identified the leak as coming from my irrigation system. They made repairs to that and a leak still persisted. Then they told me that there was a leak under my slab and charged me to re-route the water pipes in my home up and over the attic. Once that was done, a leak still persisted. They came out again (only after I called and complained to HomeAdvisor) and informed me that the leak was now at the irrigation system again and provided me with a quote to resolve the issue. I chose to hire someone else to complete the job. They were at my home for four hours a day for seven days, because they would not work over four hours in a day. I should have listened to my son. He tried to warn me after he spoke with one of their plumbers in an attempt to get them to explain the problem. The plumber was rude to him and failed to adequately explain why they were taking the course of action they were taking to identify the leak. My son tried to tell me at that time to throw them out of the house and get someone else. I should have listened.
