Our family has relocated across state lines multiple times, but unfortunately, this was by far our worst moving experience. Several factors contributed to our one-star rating: Exorbitant Insurance Costs - The insurance options were unreasonably priced, nearly 50% of the total move cost, and still required a deductible. This felt more like a cash grab than genuine coverage. Unfair Pricing Adjustments - We conducted a detailed video walkthrough for the company to provide an accurate quote. To cut costs, we donated five or six large, heavy furniture pieces before the move. However, the company refused to adjust the price downward, claiming that additional packing time offset the difference in volume. Poor Load Security - Our belongings were not properly secured in the moving truck. Upon delivery, multiple, heavy duty plastic totes had crushed corners, indicating a lack of care in handling. Very professional crew. Organized,hard working, motivated.

They were on time - incredibly POLITE and personable. Extremely hardworking - they padded everything! And were extremely flexible as we were going from a larger house to a smaller house and also had some items going into self storage. Oh yes, another important fact, they came in UNDER estimate. If I ever have to move again, I'll come back to them.
