Tyler Maginn was very knowledgeable and educated me on each of his steps/processes. He was very professional and helpful. Tyler told me exactly what time to call AEP so our electricity could get turned on today (Wednesday) instead of on Thursday. I would definitely use R&T Yoder Company again because the customer service from my first phone call until the meter and components were installed was absolutely phenomenal!
