I hired him to install a 12' gutter on my deck and repair the gutter on my garage. He gave me a date he was going to do the work and never showed. He told me he got busy but would do the job. He gave me another date and never showed. Never replied to my text. Would not recommend him. I don't know why he does a great job for some and then treats others like dirt. He's a fireman so maybe owning a business is too much?

he was contracted to tear off and install an asphalt roof and to replace a section of gutter, he did not replace the gutter which was paid for, and ignores my requests to complete the job.

Loved working with R. Tagg Xteriors. Bob and his crew communicated throughout the process and did a great job on our roof, some siding work and gutters. Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. House looks great.

Because of the weather it took a while for my roof to get done but once it finally warmed up the crew started right away. I am very pleased with my new roof and gutters and such reasonable pricing. Bob definitely went above and beyond and even fixed a broken step on my front porch. He was great and I am very grateful .

He was hire to repair my roof, Job was completed. How ever now that needs to maintained to avoid more damage. Customer will like to have areas that are a damage to be fix. Also would like to have the warranty honor.

Excellent crew, excellent work, very clean/neat during and after a complete tear off, including the protecting of a patio garden. A few weather-related delays, but well worth the wait. Highly recommend.

He wanted me to pay him money 3 weeks before the job started after the signed agreement said 50% when the project starts was when the money was to be paid. He also raised the price by $500 over the signed agreement. He made me wait 3 months for the project to start and now he will not return my call.

Overall the quality of work was superb and we're very happy with the end results. The only complaint I had was the lack of communication for scheduling the job and trying to get ahold of the owner to discuss the job, but otherwise a good experience. I would use again and recommend to others.
