Window Cleaning
he was late, but he did call to let me know this .his work was good he wanted to do my gutters but i had already had them done . i will probally use him for my outside windows , i do my inside and he was a little pushy to me to let him do them. overall it was ok..

Completed work was excellent. However, quoted materials and costs were misrepresented and I would not have signed the contract if they had been accurately identified. Materials costs were 150% over material quality, and the discussed materials were not provided. When I questioned these issues, no attempt was made to resolve my concerns.

I did not use Thompson yet for maid services but did use Rich Thompson for some home repairs and was extremely satisfied with his work. He organized several repair projects and all were completed in a timely manner. I would recommend to a friend.
