Nice work and great service

They were 2 hours late in arriving. After the job was complete and I paid the bill the man said on his way out the door the window was bent but the screen is bug proof. Seems like he would have told me or better yet shown me before he started the job. The screens are loose fitting but hopefully bug proof. I'm not an expert obviously but seems like the job could have been done better.

Personnel were prompt, courteous, and professional. Work was excellent.

Becky was very helpful in explaining her products and Mike the installer was efficient and very friendly.

I am rather hard to please but I think Becky and Matt were excellent. She sold me on her product and he installed it quickly and professionally. And he was on time.

Becky was prompt to give us a really nice priced quote for rescreening our lanai and to screen in our front porch. The crew (Mike and Anthony) were really great. We love our two spaces. Great job!

They did it at our home. did not expect that. I thought they did it in a reasonable amount of time. Easy to talk with while here. We took the screens out, it saved some time.

Had a problem with the work but the company responded quickly and courteously to resolve the problem. I plan to use them whenever I need additional repairs done.

Estimate was for all possible choices and we decided to re-screen with replacement of frames and new door. This estimate was only 20% more than refinishing frames, repairing door, and the re-screen. This contractor does their own work.

One of the best experiences in 15 years living in SW Florida. The quotation process was on time and Becky did a great job in evaluating our needs and explaining everything in detail. The crew showed up on time and efficiently processed our 70 panel screen repair, replaced all the anchor bolts and finished up with the pressure washing. Our lanai has never looked better and I could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service that was given.

Two guys here on time and worked like crazy fast and professional. They were a pleasure to have in our home doing the work with such ease and care and going out of their way to clean railings & trim before putting up the screens.
