I tried to clean the dryer vent myself and accidentally got a brush stuck deep inside my walls. They were able to clean it out and retrieve the lint brush! Great work!

The gentleman was GREAT! Friendly, attentive, and timely, even in the midst of severe weather. He volunteered to examine other appliances, and verify any other cleaning of the chimney and water heater. He confirmed that my furnace did not need cleaning, even when I was willing to pay additional for the service. I will definitely use him again!

This is the first time my ducts have been cleaned in 27 yrs. The associate was very friendly and efficient and got the job done ahead of time cause I had to leave early! Very fair "PRICED" ! Very satisfied with the service. There was an old invitation to a party at Raddison South from 1975 in the duct work. I guess whoever cleaned previously didn't do so thoroughly! Price was competative! Great job!

I orginally asked Richard from RT's Furnace & Duct Cleaning to just clean our air ducts, however he not only did that, he sanitized the vents which I wasn't not told would be done with the other companies I spoke with. He also opened a vent that was shut that we were unaware of (and most likely what was causing us to be cold upstairs in the winter, but not cool enough in the summer!) While he was at our house he also cleaned our water heater - my husband could not believe the goop he was pulling out of our water heater. I had no clue that was something that ever needed to be done! We are VERY pleased and will be calling him in the future!

RT was awesome. Very professional and polite and helpful. We have a cat that urninated in 2 of our floor vents. He figured out how we can be proactive in cleaning out our vents ourselves and really tried hard to figure out where the smell was coming from etc. He also sanitized the vent and cleaned out our furnace and did a fantastic job. Very happy with service, will be using again in the future. Quote was reasonable and did not change once work was completed. Air sanitizing was included, which is a great value when compared to the other quotes I received. He was on time, friendly and did a great job. Totally would recommend to a friend or family member!
