Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
Massey did a FREE irrigation inspection a year ago, told me all sorts of things needed replacement, I told them I would wait.
Now selling my home and before it's going to be inspected, I wanted to make sure the irrigation system was in fine working order. I had Joe from RKI (this company) come a couple of years ago when I had a valve problem and his HONESTY and knowledge was beyond any I had ever encountered before.
So, this time I called Donna and asked that someone come and do anything necessary to be sure all is in fine working order.
Her daughter Stephanie came, SHE KNOWS HER STUFF ! I explained what Massey told me , so she took it from there.
She set the timer and tested it, NOTHING wrong. Rain sensor checked on the roof was fine, BUT there were 6 sprinkler heads that either didn't work or were leaking. She gave me a quote, and it was about 1/3 of Massey's quote, so I gave the go ahead.
RKI certainly know their business, and HONEST !

Young woman came to service our sprinklers. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and so helpful. Took care of our sprinkler problem and explained how to watch and adjust our sprinkler control box. Work was done and price was more than fair.
