I Googled carpet cleaning companies near me and RVA Cleaning Solutions came up. I read through their Thumbtack reviews, was impressed and decided to give them a call. Sure enough they lived up to my expectations established by their reviews. Kaleem was very prompt to my initial contact and all subsquent communications; always providing me with expected timeframes for follow up. They arrived on time to my appointment gave me a call ahead to let me know when they were on the way. Kaleem and Keith were all around very professional, courteous and most importantly, the carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. Not to mention the prices were very reasonable. I recommend RVA Cleaning Solutions as they are professional, prompt, have extraordinary customer service and provide high quality work at an affordable price!

This was a great experience. As soon as I made the decision to call them. They called me as soon as I press submit on home advisor and I am immediately set up an appointment for them to come and do the carpet cleaning that I required in my home. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking for carpet cleaning service in the Richmond and surrounding city. I do plan to use their service again in the very near future.
