Very dependable they had the best price of all the quotes I received and the fence looks great. Would highly recommend them. Very happy with the overall experience.

When Jason finally came to do the repair he left pieces of metal and fence clippings scattered on the ground, 3 old poles and one pole in a foot of concrete. When I reminded him to take these items upon completion he said his contract did not include clean-up removal; technically it was a quote, not a contract, and it did not say that the old pieces/trash would not be removed. My overall experience was not positive. I would not recommend him.

"Her job consisted of moving her fence line to make the fenced in area larger which left 4 line post still in the ground and new posts were installed. Those post were in massive footers of concrete and I told her the best I could do for the price was cut them off below ground level and they would never be seen again and that's what was done. She agreed to all of the terms and price and insisted that she be there when the work took place which I was fine with. All of the days she chose it rained. I rescheduled once due to truck problems. And I couldn't move other customers scheduled work due to fact that she had to be there. She refused to pay the full amount of her bill she got 70 feet of new fence and a gate for $1050. And as far as the old fence material the proposal plainly stated that price did not include removal and disposal of the old fence and she said she would have her son haul it away. She shorted the bill $150."

Well done! They went out of their way to get the best cleaning agent for our project. Our house looked amazing after they finished power washing. Plus they do so many different things that they are really a one stop shop for cleaning which is very convenient. We had our whole house power washed, gutters cleaned, windows cleaned inside and out and they even washed our sidewalk and porch and deck.

Hired Jason to do a partial repair of a fence as a birthday present for my brother. Jason had to reschedule so many times and often didnt respond, leaving us waiting on his arrival to never show. When he finally did arrive he did good work on the fence repair. However, be prepared to only have cash or a check... and to write it out to his wife.. Also, while he was there repairing the fence, he told us he would come back and install a front porch swing for an additional fee. We agreed upon the fee and after more time went by of rescheduling several times, he arrived. Now while we had lost the owners manual to the swing set and that is our fault, you would think he would know the swing only required a standard bolt to install. He refused to install without the manual. When the manual was retrieved and we told him what would be needed to install, he said he would no longer be coming out to the house to install the swing because it wasnt worth his time and money... even though an amount was already agreed upon. Bottom line... if you want someone dependable and professional... would NOT recommend this company.

"These people were rescheduled due to multiple rainy days and the first day that we have Sunshine we were out there and built the fence in one day and I told him I would do the swing as a favor for a $50 fee and he didn't have the owner's manual or the proper hardware and expected me to go running around trying to find it so I wasted a trip out there for nothing and then told him I could not get back out there until I was in the area because I couldn't drive 40 minutes out of my way and drop my other customers to head out there to hang a swing I was not going to assume liability for using the improper hardware for that swing."

We worked with Jason, who was very personable and quick to respond. He performed the work quickly and carried out all our requests. The project cost us half of what another company would have charged us. Jason cleaned up well and did a great job. I would definitely call RVA again!

I had storm damage , actually quite a bit of storm damage from Michael , unfortunately for me i was on its east side. I submitted a request on Home Advisor . spoke with Jason . The man came Saturday morning with tools and cement and we went to work . After the repair the fence does not even look like anything had ever happened. I don't think i could have asked for better and the cost factor was just as comparable to this mans work. I have already given this company the next project of reinforcing the fence heading to the end of next week . I am naturally in VA and my work was completed on 10/13/2018 . If my next projects go as well as this one i will no doubt give 5's across the board .. If anyone is looking for Deck and Fence , New, or Restoration or repair, you cannot go wrong with this company.
