Tex of RVA Duct Cleaning was very professional, respectful, prompt, careful and clean (all of the nasty stuff pulled out of the ductwork was captured outside the house , he took off his overshoes before coming inside the house and he even cleaned the floor registers and HBAC air filter.) I have never written a 5-Star review before, but I do so with absolute pleasure today. Tex and Tony came this morning to clean our air ducts and vents. Absolute professionals from start to finish. Tex called me to follow up on our appointment date and time which was a first for me. I usually have to call to confirm appointments. They arrived on time and went to work doing an incredible job for us. We highly recommend RVA and will use them again and again. We asked for business cards so we could pass them to our family and friends. What was even more impressive was Tex took time to tell us why we would need to replace our old ducts in the near future. We have an older style duct system that is a fiber substance (1990 technology) that is mildewing and will not last another 1-2 years without health implications in our home. Tex and Tony did a very thorough cleaning and we can't thank them enough for all they did. They are professional, knowledgeable, and care about their clients. Thank you Tex and Tony....we are happy customers and look forward to doing business with you again!
