In my search for an electrician, I can happily say I have found a 5 star company! Ilya came out to give me an estimate & his price was very fair. (some of the quotes from other companies I had gotten were absolutely ridiculous!!) He even offered to do the job on the spot. In little time he had replaced the fixtures I needed. This is an excellent company that I would highly recommend...very courteous, professional & thorough. Next time you need electrical work, you should call RVA Electrical Services...I know I will.

I cannot recommend Ilya Romanov with RVA Electric Services 804-617-6644 enough! He was amazeballs! He came today and completed the job that has been holding up progress on our master bath remodel for 2 weeks! He also installed a [insert cool name of the thing that hooks the generator to the electric panel] fantastic thing to have RIGHT before the next storm. Seriously, he is professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, super communicative and ON TIME! So so happy!!! Found my electrician for any future projects! ð

The guys who did the panel in our house didn't wire things correctly and we had no idea. Ilya came out and set us straight for a fair price. Will definitely use him again.

Hello, The electrician who came to my home was Ilya from RVA Electrical Services. I would love to provide a glowing review for RVA Electrical Services. Ilya responded to my request for contact within minutes and was here the same day to give me an estimate which was very reasonable to reinstall my chandelier that had been pulled from the ceiling. He spotted the fact that the fixture was never installed with a box according to code originally and he fixed everything the same day. Then he gave me a very reasonable estimate for replacing 4 defective halogen recessed lights in another room and returned the following week to do that work. While he was there, he installed two new switches including a dimmer switch for the recessed LED lights and he did that for free. The fixtures he chose and installed so quickly and neatly are great and the dimmer seems in dispensable now. He had to open our electrical service board to turn off the service while installing the switches and showed me all the things that were not done according to code the last time we had that replaced. He gave us an estimate for replacing the board and I know we will call him when we are ready to do that. He is a very nice person, does great work in record time for a good price and is very neat. I'm so glad we found him through Angie's List.

This man gets the job DONE. They are SMART, affordable, charismatic and did i mention smart? I would highly recommend for any job, big or small.

Ilya was an absolute joy to work with! He responded promptly, communicated extremely well. He gave us a fair estimate and stuck to it. We started with a relatively small job, and Ilya was so helpful and knowledgeable that we expanded to a much larger job.The work performed could not have been better, and he did a lot of extra things that he did not charge us for. His work was exemplary and he was very careful about cleaning up after each part of the job as he completed it. We have never had a better experience with a contractor and would recommend RVA Electrical Services without the slightest hesitation. While I hope we do nott need his services again for a while, I take comfort knowing that Ilya Komarov and RVA Electrical Services are there if we need them. Having Ilya in our home was a completely enjoyable experience!
