"All invoices are sent via email upon completion. If an appointment is missed, phone calls are made for an explanation as to why the appointment could not be kept. Obviously, the appointment was rescheduled because the repair was completed. It has rained on several occasions with no issues. I give this customer a 2 star rating for the embellishments. - Brendan Hosack- R-Value Roofing & Insulation, LLC"
"A shingle roof in Florida typically has a life expectancy of 15 years. This roof upon visual inspection was 10 to 12 years old. It was in satisfactory condition, not excellent condition. $650 to update attic insulation with FIBERGLASS for the square footage is markent price. Phone call was returned."
