"We are extremely upset with this review it is not fair at all. Customer had issues with her HVAC unit that a company was working on at the same time. We replaced hot water heater. we installed hot water heater in existing heater pan which was bone dry... we have pictures of leak and it was leaking from the condensate drain to the air conditioning unit that is why my insurance company would not cover it. that's when she got upset and has been trying to bash me online and damaged my reputation but I hope my reputation speaks for itself. "Great customer just had a problem with where the dishwasher tied into the disposal the dishwasher line was old and cracked and we did not know because they have not used that to sperzel for over a year and has been broken so they have in use the dishwasher and they said it was over a year-and-a-half now so when they use the dishwasher that leak through the old corroded hose which we had to go back and replace but yeah the system was not working for almost 2 years but we went back and took care of it. still a great customer great people"
"great customer. I saw review customer thought price was a little high. I shopped around for best price I could get on prv valve actually spent approximately 300 on parts and only charged proximately 100 install which I thought was very fair. Checking are ratings and reviews most of my customers say how honest and fair I am with my pricing. I will call and offer him a $25 credit I would rather keep my customers 100% happy at all times then to make a couple extra dollars. So that's what will be done. Thank you for your time. Rob"
"This is Rob Burton, the owner of RW Burton and yes, we were late but I gave the customer a courtesy call 4 hours ahead of our appointment time to let him know we would be running late. When we schedule appointments, we pretty much have to guess how long we're going to be. We were supposed to be at his house at around 2:00 but when I saw our second job was going to take approximately two hours longer than expected, I called the customer to let him know we would be a couple hours late. I do like to keep my customers informed on our appointment times if we are going to be running late which does happen sometimes when a job takes longer than expected."
"We give free estimates if we can see what the problem is. Customer had loose toilet, no way to see what the problem was. Had to remove toilet and found broken toilet flange. We let customer know before we bolted it on there would be a fee because we have to remove the toilet to find out what the problem was. Gave the customer a price to repair flange which she accepted and also she asked if we would replace her kitchen sink faucet while we were there. If she felt trapped I don't know why she would ask us to do more work while we were there? Do not understand this review at all, it makes no sense....."

"A $50 senior citizen discount was given which I think is very unfair that was not mentioned in is review. First day opened walls and traced down the leak. he was given a price $325 for us to get necessary material and returned following day to do permanent repair. If he thought that price was too high he could have called another company. Which speaking with his wife they had two other companies come out and give them prices, both were more expensive than my price. I do not understand the issue???"
"Her hot water heater DID NOT need an expansion tank, not every heater does, it depends on the plumbing system set up that you have. I think this is horrible for me and just being honest and giving her options of what she wanted to be done. Most companies would have just sold her a new expansion tank because we make money on all of the extras which again me being honest I gave her all of her options. She had a friend tell her afterward that she did need an expansion tank but I explained that you only need an expansion tank if you have a pressure-reducing valve on your water main. Just being honest after all not selling anything not needed?"
