RW Contracting

We found RW Contracting through Home Advisors. Before we started we got a few estimates and we decided to go with them. They gave us a reasonable estimate (not the cheapest) but included more and Rich definitely had a great vision of what our finished basement could look like. Rich is a definite pro at finishing basements and so easy to work with! He suggested replacing old casement window and including some built-ins and half walls stuff that we weren't thinking about but I'm so glad these enhancements are part of our finished basement. Rich and his team were wonderful to work with. No concerns with them in the house alone. They were honest, clean, courteous and always on time. Rich personally managed the project from start to finish, he is extremely accountable. We are so happy with our finish basement and we give Rich the highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed, he is one of the best (and we are very particular)!

We've had a lot of contractors and he was the most professional and relaxed contractor we've ever had. We made changes and he was still so easy to work with him and his quality was outstanding.

Rich from RW Contracting was great and easy to work with. He was extremely professional, communicated clearly with us throughout the entire project. He offered his expert advice regarding paint color combinations and construction ideas. We were able to talk through a lot of our ideas with Rich and received some very good and practical advise. Rich was also very punctual, if he was going to be delayed he would call and let you know (he even showed up on snow days!). Rich met all of our expectations and more! We are very pleased with the beautiful work he did to our basement and we are highly recommending him to our family and friends.

We hired RW Contracting to rip and install a new full bathroom, and remodel a half bath. We were very satisfied with the job and highly recommend their services. Rich Wells has excellent communication skills and explained in detail how our estimate included allowances for different fixtures such as the vanity cabinet or toilet, to give us the flexibility in choosing alternative items on our own. The workmanship proved that there was attention to detail, and with one or two extra requests on our end, the job was completed well within our expectations. As promised, Rich was on site during the entire project, and since he has collaborated with his electrician and plumber for over 8 years, there were no delays when he scheduled them. The job was handled with professionalism and respect, kudos to RW Contracting.

Rich was very diligent and completed the job on time as promised. He also had creative ideas which we implemented into our overall plan. He is very friendly and responsive to anything requested. I would highly recommend him to others and would be more than happy to provide a referral for him. We are extremely pleased with the project.
