We just had our gutters cleaned which ws done in about 15 minutes. I called them, they came, did the job, cleaned up the gutter trash and left. I think the price was the norm, so I guess gutter cleaning is normally high for 15 mins of work. No slight on them. I would say reliable, quick, clean and courteous

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I hired the company to handle multiple small projects that I needed done around the house. While they were courteous and friendly, they were also very unorganized. They seemed to be unsure of what they were supposed to be doing from day to day. They arrived without enough materials and had to leave to get more. Part of the job was to replace a couple of broken tiles and the baseboards in a bathroom. The baseboards are crooked, they did not fill in the nail holes and the grout that they put down has already started crumbling and coming up. Overall, they just did not do a professional job. I would not hire them again.

"We had a few extra rooms to install crown molding and that is the reason for being short on materials.That is our fault sometimes it happens.When we finished the job we walked through several times.We were not contacted about any concerns if we were we would have fixed the issues with no problem.I plan to contact Mrs. D so we can resolve any issues.I will take full responsibility and fix any issues to make Mrs. D happy"

Window Frame - Repair
I hired this company to replace three windows and repair a tile on the roof. They replaced two of the windows, but the third on was the wrong size and they had to exchange it. This was in Nov. Since then I have not been able to get them to come back and finish the job and now they will not return my calls or my emails. I'm now going to have to hire someone else. Horrible customer service.

"We tried to get in contact with mrs. R due to weather issues we had to postpone.we talked with her and told her when the weather turned better we would be there.she called months later and wanted to reschedule .I told her we could get back next week.apparently I didn't work out for her shedule.we apologized and would finish the work free of charge for the delay from the weather.absolutely no hard feelings toward her at all.it was a scheduling conflictwe will take full responsibility for."

Bob Williams is GREAT! We're glad we found him! We had a real emergency: a tenant in a townhome we own had a break-in (brick thrown through a sliding-glass door), making the basement unsafe and VERY cold (it had snowed). Bob was very sympathetic and although he was busy with other jobs, came as quickly as he could for a (free) estimate and subsequent repairs. He is very nice and knowledgeable, honest and reliable, and offers very good prices and excellent communication, always getting back to us quickly and answering all our questions. We were so happy with him, within days we hired him for other work and will certainly hire him again!!

We had him here working for a few days. We just moved into a new office and had a laundry list of things to take care of. Tile repair, painting, general maintenance. He was wonderful. He worked very quickly and very professionally and we (all women) were all very comfortable having him in our office.

They arrived as scheduled, were professional and friendly, and suggested an alternative for completing my project when an unforeseen obstacle cropped up. I highly recommend these folks!!! They are the genuine article!!! They are the AMERICAN professionals you are looking for who give real estimates and do excellent work. Job was repair / replace and paint full house trim, fascia boards, and chimney, and inspect, clean and remount gutters. Rob and Scott were prompt, professional, and briefed me at the end of each days work. They also let me know if there were any other roof soffit/gutter issues they found.
