Had Romeo do a complete bathroom remodel they started professionally with a demo then after the demo it went down hill. They barely showed up when they did it was for an hour or two he would not text back for days at a time. I paid them over 5k the project started in November 2022 and here it is March 2023 and it is still not completed. My family has to travel 2 counties over to shower he left us without a functional bathroom and the item he did install was done incorrectly and he also damaged the item I purchased. Some items such as a LED light I purchased went missing that he was supposed to install. He left an open wire in my shower, and installed my toilet, faucet, tub, and vanity cricket left a hole in my floor, and there is no running water to my vanity. He also did not complete my shower. All his measurements were off. When I told him I was not satisfied with the work and had a home inspection and another contractor come take a look both said the same thing that the bathroom has to be completed redone and when I told Romeo he told me if I want him to correct his work I would have to pay him more money. That is right more money than what was agreed upon and more money to fix what he messed up and more money to complete a project that he had already been paid for. He does not answer the phone barely texts back and does not care. If I could give him a zero I would. He gets you to a place where he feels like you need him then disappears or tries to get more money out of and as you can see refund is not even an option. He is a scammer scammer SCAMMER !!! I would not recommend he fix a dog house let alone another human.

The other reviews about them starting strong and then ghosting you are true. No communication did not finish the job. Made a lot of promises. Insisted on money first. His workers we undependable. Days go by and no one shows up for work

They knew what they were doing, and did it well.

The project was top-notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. The final project turned out great!

After the 1st visit, I had to call them back to finish parts they didn't correct, that was in my original quote. He eventually came back and did more work, and later I noticed he again did not fix the parts of the siding we agreed on. I called back, and they again did not fix everything we agreed on. I called again and no one ever came back. I finally gave up. I had paid these people over $1,000. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM.

This was not quality work. My home has to be gutted & redone. My shower is not up to code according to inspectors. I truly don't have words except that the house is just destroyed. I don't know what else I have to get work done. There are rooms that have to have work done that didn't need any work done originally.

Wonderful service! They repaired a ceiling in my half bathroom and painted the walls. The whole team did an amazing job at a very fair price. I could not have asked for better service! Highly recommend!

Bad work, completed roof and leak in 5 places, would not fix, would not return phone calls, paid in full, and would not honor the warranty. Crew snoopy and use drugs on the job. Look elsewhere for a good roofer.

I contracted R and W to remove a shower insert and shower walls, the tub was damaged during installation. The shower drainage was not in line with the spout and head. The shower head was at neck height it should of been raised. There was a hole cut in the drywall. Did not put junction box, or wiring. Cut wiring and put it in drywall. I had to hire another electrician to fix the mess. I never want them in my house again, I felt like I was mislead.

No experience to rate, as he was a ?No Show?. When I texted the owner to tell him his painter never showed up for the job at the 8:30am agreed upon time, he said his guy was ?running late? but could be there at 4:30pm. Already a full day was wasted waiting, so I declined. He never offered to reschedule.

Keith & James replaced/repaired siding, trim & fascia including painting same. They did excellent work in a timely manner. I appreciated the reasonable bid Romeo gave me for this project as well. I will definitely rate the cost, service, value and workmanship for my project as excellent. Should I need future home maintenance or repairs I will contact Romeo again. I recommend R&W Repairs to anyone.

R&W is legit. I hired them to install my sliding glass door. I just don't have the time for everything right now. I hate to hire people to do things I can do, but R&W put my frustration to bed. Romeo responded within a day, gave a fair price and had the job completed ASAP. He is a legit businessman and knows how to get things done, while working with his client. Great communication, truly interested in getting things done the right way. I grew up working for my uncle's custom home building company, mostly framing and basics. I'm not a master carpenter by any means, but I can get it done. I cannot express my appreciation for Romeo and R&W, nothing less than a top class run business, ran by a man with his head on straight. I'll certainly be hiring R&W in the future for things I cannot get to. Quality work at a great price. A+++ all the way.

Romeo was great to work with. I turned a window replacement into rebuilding a shed and Romeo was very responsive and flexible and had a crew out there the next day. They finished the work in the time I specified and I’m very satisfied with the work. The cost was very reasonable and we was reliable and went over and above to ensure I was satisfied.

They came out when they said they would. Came back several times to make sure I was satisfied with work. I would highly recommend them

Romeo at R&W gave us a reasonable quote In a timely manner. Once we approved it, he gave us an honest timeframe. Whenever, rain caused a delay he kept us informed. When the work was completed, ( roofing and wood damage) we were very satisfied.

Romeo's team was very professional. They were on time and worked hard until the job was completed. He worked very hard to make sure I was pleased with his work. I will definitely hire him again.

Charged me nearly $1000 to replace one board on my roof. I did not know I was being had taken advantage of. I layer found out 2 months after the fact from a reputable licensed contractor that this guy took advantage. The parts he used were less than 50 bucks. Dude charged 850.00
