R Y A Construction

Roberto did an excellent job with a short notice. He is a true professional - thank you!

Roberto was polite very professional and completed the job perfectly on visit. Would not hesitate to hire again infact will be first call

Promptness unheard of! We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling during a heavy, windy downpour. Roberto was here the next day and secured the flashing. He told us to wait until the next storm to verify it was repaired. A week later another heavy rain and the leak returned. Roberto was back out that afternoon and found what he believed to be the source of the leak. He then removed the necessary shingles, put a lining on the roof, and re-applied the shingles. We are now waiting for the next storm. His professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail are very impressive. And, no bill yet. I truly appreciate his cautious approach. If we rushed to get the kitchen ceiling repaired, and the roof had another entry point, we would just have to do it again. I thoroughly trust Robertos judgement and look forward to finishing all repairs when he determines the time is right. UPDATE - All repairs completed. The roof leak was fixed so it was Augustines turn to repair the ceiling. Again, fast and efficient. Repaired hole and painted entire ceiling without disturbing anything in the kitchen. Left it immaculate with no evidence there had ever been a hole. All repairs done at a very reasonable price as well. Definitely would call RYA for any outdoor and/or indoor needs again.

Roberto did an excellent job. Great communication and prompt service. Very professional. I would not hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend R Y A Construction!

We were in a bind and fearful summer storms were on the way. We needed immediate action. Mr Lopez came the very next day and repaired the damage that afternoon his price was reasonable and he was very professional.

Dependable, friendly, really professional, and very timely response and execution. Would not hesitate to use again for future needs.

Timely, quality work at a fair price.

The initial response was prompt and the work was done quickly and the repairs were delivered as promised at the initial visit.

I was really pleased how quickly they responded. Especially when contractors are so busy during the spring. My house is for sale and needed repairs.

The initial response was fast, I was able to set up a time for the estimate, was given a great quote, didn't have to wait and the job was done quickly and looks great.

Finding a reliable and honest contractor is exactly what I was lucky enough to experience with RYA Construction. Roberto was always fast to answer any phone calls or texts I sent, and always showed up on time. I am impressed by his subject matter expertise and impeccable customer service. I couldn't be happier with the results of the roofing work that he did for us. I would very highly recommend RYA Construction if you have any roofing needs!

Prompt, friendly, delivered what was promised on time at quoted price

Roberto responded no more than 15 minutes after I posted my project on Home Advisor. Came out the next day and fixed the siding immediately. Highly recommend! (He also does other projects and I will be sure to call him when I need him)

Very professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful.

Roberto was very kind explained project - completed work. Would recommend without a doubt

They were very efficient. Gave estimate and completed work all within a few days. Great value and repair looks great.

Roberto promptly came to our house and offered to Tyvek the portion of our home that lost siding in a recent windstorm. He was friendly, reliable, and the cost of the job was reasonable. He was excellent to work with and I would hire him again for new work.

We had an appointment to evaluate our job at 4:30 pm on a Monday afternoon and Mr. Lopez arrived at 4:30 on the dot. When he put the ladder up to climb on the roof, he noticed that our gutters were clogged an full of water. He immediately began to clean the gutter and then looked at the roof. He gave us a price for replacing the bad shingles and to clean out all the gutters. The price was fair and we said yes. So he replaced the broken shingles (using some I had left over) and cleaned out the gutters on the whole house right then. Mr. Lopez was friendly and efficient. I certainly recommend him without reservation.

I had a few shingles that needed replacing. It was a little urgent. The plywood was exposed. Recent high winds/rain caused the damage and we were expecting rain that day and through the weekend. I called a few places from an internet search. They too had 5 stars but kept hearing my small repair as a project and were scheduling me 2 weeks out. RYA listened. He was over to look at my roof between his own current construction contract jobs. Came back 90 min later. Replaced shingles and cleaned debris from my 2nd story gutter. He was finished in 30 minutes. Fair priced. I will be talking with him about projects a little bigger. RYA is an excellent contractor

They were prompt, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced for what was a really small but urgent job. They ll be my roofers when we replace the whole thing, someday.

Fantastic experience. Fair and fast. I would highly recommend for any work needed.

Mr. Lopez was able to call me 35 minutes after I posted with HomeAdvisor. He was courteous and prompt. His service defines quality of service, which is something done right the first time. That night we had a torrential downpour and the interior of my home was bone dry! Excellent work. He is now my roofer for life!

Great job! I will call them again. Roberto was good.
