I called mid-morning. The guy was working out of town but when he called me back he said he could come by late in the evening if that was okay with us. It was. He showed up around 7 PM and got our problem solved within 25 minutes. He was very courteous and a please to work with.

I had them do an estimate for a panel upgrade. They called me promptly. They arrived on time at arranged time to do estimate. They emailed estimate within 2 days. I ended up not needing an upgrade but would definitely use them if I needed it. Cost was about average for my area.
