They responded quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. The doors they installed were nicer than the one that was originally installed by the builder 3 years ago. I will definitely use them in the future.

Job not finished yet. Had to pay 50% of invoice so they would order parts. Will take another 7-8 days to complete a simple job.

Good afternoon Sir- I wanted to reach out and make sure you were happy after completion of our service. You are correct, we do ask for a 50% deposit at time of order as the glass units are custom sizing for existing frames and neither returnable or reusable. I wish we could make dual pane units in house, but there would be no way to effectively warranty them as their integral seal is so important in our climate. With having the units manufactured in a sterile facility, we are able to warranty against seal failure for up to 10 years. Our suppliers have unfortunately been at a 7-9 business day lead time for the last few years. I sincerely hope you are happy with our service, you were very kind to work with.
