Russ the owner called me within 20 minutes of us posting on Home Adviser on a Sunday and they had someone out the very next day for non-emergency work. First time I've ever seen a response like that from a Plumbing outfit. Several times in the past a plumber would never even show up when they said they would. Would use them again. Rich Massachusetts

The plumber who came was so pleasant. He went right to work installing a new toilet, took the old toilet out and even washed the floor. Am very happy with the result.

Russ gave me a rough quote over the phone then came by to take a look and had to slightly increase the quote based on where my gas line was located. Then after the work was done he realized that the scope of work wasn't going to be as extensive and the actual charge was LESS than the original lower quote! I was very impressed with his honesty as it would have been easy to over charge me based on his previous assessment. Would def recommend Russ!
