Raby Plumbing

Ok job

Russ the owner called me within 20 minutes of us posting on Home Adviser on a Sunday and they had someone out the very next day for non-emergency work. First time I've ever seen a response like that from a Plumbing outfit. Several times in the past a plumber would never even show up when they said they would. Would use them again. Rich Massachusetts

Prompt efficient service. Russ responded to inquiry in less than 10 minutes and took care of repair work next day.

Russ was great, got the job done in a very prompt manner. Will highly recommend Russ and his plumbing company without reservation.

Fabulous, efficient, professional service. Absolutely will use again and recommend to friends!

Owner made sure I was happy with the work. Took extra time to make sure it was all completed.

The plumber who came was so pleasant. He went right to work installing a new toilet, took the old toilet out and even washed the floor. Am very happy with the result.

He was excellent, fast, and efficient!

Have it in writing!

Russ gave me a rough quote over the phone then came by to take a look and had to slightly increase the quote based on where my gas line was located. Then after the work was done he realized that the scope of work wasn't going to be as extensive and the actual charge was LESS than the original lower quote! I was very impressed with his honesty as it would have been easy to over charge me based on his previous assessment. Would def recommend Russ!

Russ and his crew did a grest job. In short they are the very BEST!!

Fast, friendly service at good price. Great communication. On time and as promised. Would highly recommend this plumber. Faucets, shower valve and water heater relief valve repaired or replaced.

I've had to use their service twice and they're always responsive and get the job done right...and on time.

Very helpful in explaining the required work and correction to our concerns. Replacement of faucet was flawless.

Showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. Was happy with their work

Russ was friendly and professional. He fixed my drain quickly and gave suggestions on what could be done in the future if the problem happens again. I would definitely use him again!

He was very argumentative. He was more interested in a related project than the one I hired him for. I then asked him if he really wanted to do this job and he quit.

It was a great experience. Very honest , knowledgeable, & dependable. Russ & Mike are a great team , we will only be using them going forward .

Russ and his team were punctual, efficient, and tidy. They were patient and took time to explain the process and Russ often checked in by phone and text to see if we were satisfied with the work.

Installed three faucets. All three leaked after installation. Returned next day (4th of July) to repair. Repair successful. Job cleanup incomplete, debris left behind (but they made sure they took away the removed copper pipes.)

Great service and the plumber took the time to explain how the system worked and what he was doing to repair it. Pricing was reasonable as well. Very pleased!

I was having a hard time finding a plumber. It's either they were too busy or they just disappear when they suppose to come and do the job. I thought I hitted the dead end. One night I was just google searching and came across HomeAdvisor. I heard about the website before but never came to my mind that I would use it. Typed in "plumber" and the job that I needed done, Raby plumbing was the first one. Read his reviews and he got really good reviews. I put my info in and the next morning he called me. Showed to my shop within an hour and right away I felt like he was the guy I'm looking for. Very friendly and professional definitely know what he doing. He left my shop and went straight to the town hall and grabbed a permit just like that! I'm like wow! He's working fast and next thing the job is done! The price was the best quote I had with all the other plumbers. Ross always picked up his phone when I called and gave me good advises. I'll definitely recommend Raby plumbing to anybody that need plumbing work.

Timely response. Did the work quickly and solved the problem.

Russ Raby is extremely knowledgable, sincere, and an all around great guy.
