Racicot Construction Company, LLC

Contracted Mr. Racicot in May of 2021 to replace vinyl siding , add cultured stone to front of house, replace windows, asphalt shingles and to Add a front porch with steel roofing. Project was to be completed by October 2021. 2,5 years later the siding is 80% complete with pieces falling off, asphalt roof is complete but has had three leaks. Front porch is framed but not finished or roofed. Cultured stone is not even started. Mr. Racicot accepted payment and has been stringing me along for 2,5 years now. He advised that he got in financial difficulties and used my payments to complete previous jobs and is Waiting on future jobs to fund completion of my project. Iâ  m working through the complaint process with state licensing authorities and talking with a lawyer on legal options. I would not recommend Racicot construction to anyone, Mr Racicot is not an honest businessman.

Racicot was timely and performed their work with quality

To be fair the city was not easy to work with. The contractor took months to submit all the information to the city. Once we receive the permit the contractor did not seem ready to start the project. The contractor could not get his people ready to remove the concrete slab to start. I rent the concrete saw and cut the concrete floor into pieces. Two weeks later he came with help to remove the concrete but they did not remove it. They placed it on the curbside. Three weeks later I had to remove it myself. My project started in September of 2019 it is now November. I do not recommend it.

They did not dig the posts down far enough or cement them in. They did not return my call to correct the leaning panels. I had to hire a different company to fix the problems.

Racicot Construction did a great job of replacing my driveway even in terrible weather conditions. They made it better than the original.

i had them install a new driveway and it started cracking after 3 months. Now I am going to have it redone. The owner will not return emails and phone calls.

Did a fantastic job on my siding on my home. Best pricing around! I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

I would rehire them

We had a few weather issues but did a good job .he showed up when he said and answered his phone when I needed to contact him

We had a great experience with Rick Raciot and Chris! Not only were they able to reset our cedar fence, they we able to schedule the job rather quickly. Both were knowledgeable, professional and hard workers. We will be using again with other projects. And have already referred them.

I plan to use him again in the future

He just went above and beyond. He did things that other contractors didn't even put on a bid, and didn't charge me on them. He did a great job.

Rick has done a lot of work, from tile, to a full kitchen remodel, and basement work ceiling work, and tile work. He made sure everything was set and pitched properly. Very courteous to my possetions, budget and timing he is the first one I call for any project
