Rackley's Service, LLC

Good customer service

Nothing really went as planned. He tried his best to fix our problems. We had way to many different people work on the project. It took way longer than expected.

I M VERY PLEASE WITH THE WORK

Mr Rackley and Buddy were professional throughout our encounters. We are very happy with the speed with which the work was done. The fee was reasonable. Would recommend Rackley for fence repair.

Nice quality fence at a great price

Partilly repaired existing wood fence and installed a chain link fence on balance. Great job, went out of their way to insure fence was perfectly installed.

Great experience. Would definitely hire again.

They got the job done with very few delays and that's saying something with the weather we've had lately. My niece contracted with a different fence company in November and had to wait until February to get her fence. Mine was done within 3 weeks of selecting Rackley's, so I was thrilled!

Excellent work and very communicative during the entire process. Best contractors we ve hired in the past 4 years! Highly recommend.

Very slow, they do not seem to be very professional!

Did a great job, returning several times to be sure we got what we wanted. Thanks

Matt contacted me immediately and set up a time to meet for estimate. He was early to that meeting and handed me the estimate that day. His pricing was very competitive. Install was completed in the timeframe given and throughout the entire process Matt was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. I would recommend Rackley’s to my friends and family!!!! A

He contacted me right away after I filled out the HomeAdvisor form. He was very nice and worked with my schedule. I am very happy with the finished job. I’ve already hired him for a job at my mom’s home. I will definitely hire him again.

Two nice workers! Eager to please and do what you ask. You just need to make sure you check to see that they have the number of ties at the top and bottom of the posts and rails that you desire and then they will do more for you without question. An area of concern is they left several pieces of ties on the ground, which could be dangerous when mowing👍👌

They were prompt, efficient and good quality.

i just had the fence repaired so do not know how long it holds up.They company was very responsive and timely. My gate is repaired but I have had it repaired before and the post don't hold. Hopefully this is the last time for a while. I gave it 3 starts on value only because it would not allow me not to answer. I did not check around since needed it repaired quickly. The price seemed ok but honestly I have nothing to base that on. Update: In less than a month the gate, which was the major part of the work, began to lean again. I called to report the issue and got a timely response. Since then (that was beginning of July) no one has fixed the gate. I left several messages and text. Every once in a while I get a response about someone coming out to fix it but nothing has happened. I will give them a week and will have to call every day, which of course is annoying since my FT job is not following up on the fence, to see if someone fixes it. If not, will have to take other action to get it repaired. The true color of a business is not getting the work done but how they respond when they have been paid and the job is not done properly and if this is a testament of their integrity and business model, please find someone else.

Matt is very honest and went above and beyond. He made adjustments when needed and even used extra material free of charge. He was friendly and I felt comfortable having him around the house. I don't recommend many people but I definitely recommend Matt.
