Ray was professional in work, clean up and personality. He explained what he was going to do and the results were more than expected. We ended up having a second request that he came out the next day and completed that project in a timely manner. Ray is an efficient and competent handyman. I had a punch-list of a dozen different items that needed attention from installing new ceiling fan to repairing a hutch that was broken upon delivery. He blew threw the list then tackled a unique project of creating a screen porch for an outdoor cat "cottage". And the location was challenging - flush again a fence and under a tree branch. Ray's finished project is exactly what I wanted and then some. He offered excellent suggestions during the construction. Ray is also very punctual and has a reasonable rate. I am already thinking of new projects for him. :)
