Shane was helpful and polite at first. He did cancel twice, though both were due to weather. When he finally came he did an ok job of power washing part of my house and a back fence. Before leaving he asked for 2/3 of the money I?d owe him. Said he had trouble in the past with people not paying. Said he?d come back the next day to finish the job. Came back (late) and promptly left, texting me he wasn?t equipped to finish the job. Now I have a partial power wash job with the front of my house - the most visible part - stained and mismatched from the rest. Meanwhile I have to find someone willing to finish the job and my house goes on the market in just a few weeks. When I reached out to let him know I was disappointed, he ignored me. Professionals should assess a job before committing and beginning work. If you can?t finish it, don?t start it.

Shane was responsive and reliable and I was happy with the work he did for me. I will use him again if i need other repair jobs done around my home

I have used Shane to perform a few jobs around my home this past year and would highly recommend him. The first time Shane came to our home he fixed a ceiling vent in one of our bathrooms. Shane researched the project, finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up his mess and our vent turned out great. He has also fixed some of our plumbing and electrical issues along with a broken doorbell. Shane is hardworking, polite, trustworthy and smart. Shane was very professional and thorough with his work. I had a deck railing and some boards that were rotting and desperately needed to be replaced. I had a family get together the next day and Shane managed to replace EVERYTHING by the following morning. Since then, heâ s been my go to for home and garden needs/repairs!
