The company was competent in replacing a valve in my heating system in Oakland, CA. The company charged a minimum 2 hours for a 20 minute diagnosis of the problem. I feel the cost of the service was too much.

Zack is well versed on the subject of C-4 contracting work. He is obviously passionate about the subject and has an artistic vision that I found to my liking. He helped explain things like no other radiant specialist ever did. Took extra care to answer all my questions. What I didn't understand I felt trusting he had my best interest in mind. Zack helped me replace my 60 year old "pacific boiler works" boiler with a beautiful new efficient condensing boiler. After seeing him work, I know Zack really enjoys and is proud of the work he does. I know he'll be around if I ever need help again. It was a real pleasure doing business w/ him.
