Testing was done and they came up with a solution to correct the problem. We installed a fan and it is working very well. They came up with some other recommendations that I will be doing soon. I highly recommend this company, I am very satisfied with the job they did.

"Thanks for the rating, Walter. I understand the concern with the noise. Unfortunately, the tight soil beneath your home requires a high-suction fan, and those tend to be the noisiest. The model installed is among the quietest of the high-suction fans. We do have system noise suppressors available which help reduce exhaust noise."
