They were communicative as to when they would arrive. They worked pretty quickly, finishing the job in a couple of hours. The system greatly reduced my basement's radon concentration from 2.9 pCi/L to 0.9 pCi/L. I was expecting to spend about $1000, but the job only cost me $850, out the door. Before leaving, the inspectors noticed a crack and water near the radon-exhaust pipe and were kind enough to seal it with silicone caulk (note: it could have existed in that corner from before the project, as a shelf had previously been left in that corner).
