Radon Eliminator

Installed radon mitigation system and testing in our house in August 2020. When asking for a retest in April 2025, there is no response to their website request form and no answer at the phone number listed 330-919-6025. If they are still in business in 2025, I'll give them a couple more days to respond and then look for an alternate vendor.

They were communicative as to when they would arrive. They worked pretty quickly, finishing the job in a couple of hours. The system greatly reduced my basement's radon concentration from 2.9 pCi/L to 0.9 pCi/L. I was expecting to spend about $1000, but the job only cost me $850, out the door. Before leaving, the inspectors noticed a crack and water near the radon-exhaust pipe and were kind enough to seal it with silicone caulk (note: it could have existed in that corner from before the project, as a shelf had previously been left in that corner).

Very impressed with their promptness in giving me an estimate, putting the system in quickly and getting the radon in my basement to a 0.7 pCi/L level. Had an internal system installed so all the pipes are hidden and the fan is in the garage attic, so we can't even hear it. Couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this company if you need radon mitigation.

They were able to come up with a better solution on having the pipe exit the house.

The installation was good and the units are working fine. However, they did not talk to us at all about how loud the units would be, or offer any noise mitigation solutions. Finally, I had to hire an electrician for $150 to wire the unit on the back of the house correctly since it was not grounded properly by the company.
