Called back within half a day, set up appointment for estimate, got the estimated cost and he sent copy of everything he would do and price . This was for buyer, but really nice and efficient.

Tom was great to work with and very accommodating concerning the initial inspection and installation of the radon mitigation system. Tom is very professional, maintained constant and prompt communication and I am extremely happy with the quality and installation of the system.

Quick install, easily mitigated the issue. Non-invasive install, cannot even tell it is in the basement, also ran the exterior piping along the downspout. 5 stars, could not recommend Tom enough if you need radon mitigation.

Radon Pros maintained constant communication about when they would come to our residence. They were honest and clear about what they were going to do. They didn't try to take advantage of us. They were very courteous in every way.
