Excellent and professional work. Showed up on time. Patrick and Ben were quick and efficient. They installed our system in our existing home and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up all mess and debris once complete. Patrick explained the entire system once installed and asked several times if we had any questions. Would highly recommend them! We will be using them in our new build this summer to install a system there.

Pat was awesome and courteous throughout the entire process. He said he was going to be at our place between 7:30 and 8:00 and he was here at 7:30 on the nose. He initially said it would take 3 to 4 hours and it took two. They were quick and left the place cleaner than when it was when they arrived. Patrick was responsive to my inquiries, prompt with appointment times, efficient with the installation of equipment, and educated me on the whole process. He worked around my space requirements and was able to vent the pump using an existing exit hole from an abandoned laundry dryer vent. I was very happy with the quality of his workmanship and the whole process. I would highly recommend Radon Stoppers. My radon level prior to the installation was 8.1 (long term) and 0.8 after installation. It should be noted that the city of Minneapolis recently instituted a $400 permit fee for this type of installation and this expense should be considered when comparing prices.

Very professional job. Looks great and reduced the radon levels as promised. Arrived early, finished the complete job in just over two hours and the work sites were cleaned up when they left. They used a drop cloth to cover all floors as they walked through the house.
