I am Robert J. Hewlett, sole owner and lead technician of Radon Ventilation Service. I have been in the Radon removal industry for sixteen years and PA certified since 2000. I have successfully installed thousands of Radon Mitigation systems, lowering radon levels below 4.0pCi/l. A great majority of our systems have lowered radon levels below 2.0pCi/l. I personally install every radon mitigation system along with two long term certified technicians. Radon Gas Abatement
Radon Ventilation Service doesn t deserve one star. Horrible service and horrible customer service after they did a horrible job. Installer created hole in floor saw a natural spring, did not inform me and continued to install system. And left large hole is basement wall. I submitted radon test kit, called installer today and he informed me they did not run the test. He also, informed me for the first time that since there s water under the house foundation that the system will not work. My question is why did you continue to install the system if you knew it was not going to work. I want a full refund and the system removed.
