Approximately 5 minutes after submitting my request on HomeAdvisor, RadonX called me and set up an appointment for the following week. A contract was emailed to me to make sure I understood what work would be done, and the cost of the project. Lucas and his coworker showed up as scheduled, explained the work do be done, and completed the work quickly. Everybody I dealt with over the phone and at my house was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the results, and would recommend RadonX to anybody who has high levels of radon in their house.

Lucas at Radon X is nice but the Radon mitigation system he installed leaked in the first rain storm. He had to come back and fix it and fix my ceiling. Then the fan motor stopped working after 2 months. He replaced that as well. Several times he missed appointments and we had to reschedule at the last minute. The system works now and the installation was neat but overall he has been frustrating to deal with due to the many reschedules and twice needing to fix the work. He promised me a gift certificate for all my troubles but I have not seen that yet either. Disappointing.

RadonX also delivered additional services to you at no cost to insure full satisfaction, including: fixed leaking sump pump and also replaced multiple stained ceiling tiles in the basement that were old and not affected by radon mitigation system. RadonX even waited for you with the installation so you could go to Home Depot to pick up parts. RadonX is glad that we were able to completely hide the Radon Mitigation system piping in the dropped ceiling for you and deliver excellent post mitigation test results!"

They were able to come out quickly after a failed home inspection and take care of the work. They had the added complication of having to work with me long distance by telephone.

Very polite technicians. We did have disagreement on the price but Lucas called me and resolved the issue within 3 minutes. That alone gets 5 stars from me. It is not often you get a call from a company to try resolved the issue after the job is done. If you want to have Radon mitigation system installs correctly, call Lucas and his team because the last thing you want is multiple re-test, see my test results below. Before the mitigation: Unfinished Basement DNS Avg. 7.0 pCi/L After the mitigation: Unfinished Basement DNS Avg. .07 pCi/L

Met with 3 to 4 people before making a decision, and RadonX did a great job of communicating with me during this evaluation time. Never heard anything from the other companies after getting their quote, so we knew if this was the kind of service we would get before a decision, it would even better afterwards. Can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of RadonX. If I wasn't moving, I would make sure that I showed people who wanted a tour of our home how nice the work was. Thanks.
